Does a pre-treatment evaluation guarantee that a patient can be treated?
No. It is an individualized clinical evaluation. Additional information, in-person assessment, physician consultation or deferral may be appropriate.
Can you evaluate patients outside Texas?
Not through this service. The patient must be physically located in Texas during the encounter.
Are the SOPs and consents guaranteed to make my practice compliant?
No. They are customizable templates—not legal advice, a guarantee of compliance or a substitute for current laws, board rules, labeling, device instructions, medical oversight or clinical judgment.
Can I edit and add my logo?
Yes. Purchased editable files are designed for practice-specific branding and customization under the applicable license.
Can I share a purchased file with another med spa?
